flowering trees back from show
The cherry ,Prunus padus, and the hawthorn, Crataegus cuneata, just cam back from the Rosenheim Garden and Flower Show. They showed their blooms just in time for that show and got a lot attention there, of course.

Walter,
respect for you, to use the prunus padus as well to create a wonderful bonsai. A great endemic species that deserves a lot more attention by bonsai people. THANK you! I mysel am now growing one from scratch...from a very young forest plant. Luckily it grows strongly when left alone for some years :-)
